Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LLM Brand Boost ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you're authorized to bind that company.

1. The Service

LLM Brand Boost lets you monitor how your brand and competitors appear in responses from large language models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity). You configure prompts; we run them and aggregate the results.

2. Accounts & access

• You must provide accurate info and keep your credentials secret.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may invite team members; each is bound by these Terms.
• Agencies on Agency/Enterprise plans may create client accounts — those clients are your end users, and you act as their controller; we act as your processor.

3. Plans & limits

Each plan (Starter / Pro / Agency / Enterprise) has caps on projects, users, prompts-per-run, and runs-per-month. We enforce the caps in real time and notify you at 80% and 100% of any limit. Upgrade at any time from /admin/usage.

4. Payment

If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees are billed in advance per calendar month. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll email any price change at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Billing is currently handled manually for first clients; a self-serve Stripe checkout is coming.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Service to scrape or attack third-party sites outside DataforSEO's documented surface.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or tenant isolation.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Upload malware, illegal content, or personal data of third parties without their consent.

6. Your content

You own your brand data, prompts, and tracking results. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process them solely to deliver and improve the Service. We won't sell your data, and we won't feed it to third-party LLM training sets.

7. Availability & warranty

We aim for high availability but make no 24/7 SLA on Starter / Pro. Agency and Enterprise plans can contract custom SLA. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

• You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, or fraud — with notice where feasible.
• On termination, we retain your data for 30 days (to allow recovery), then delete it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes get a 14-day email notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine unless your Enterprise contract specifies otherwise.
